2013 BBQ Cook-Off Rules and Regulations

The TTBC BBQ Cook-off is officially sanctioned by the Texas Gulf Coast BBQ Cookers Association (TGCBCA). Teams will compete for best brisket, chicken and ribs. Entry fees are based on each team’s cook area requirements, $250 for a 40 by 40 foot space.
